Pain in the neck and strange lump in the back of the throat? (not tonsils)

I've discovered two days ago a lump that it's where a swollen tonsil would be but it's not that, or that's what I think, it doesn't look like it and it's only on the right side, it's like a mass, it's pink and it doesn't look more differently than the rest of the mouth, and yesterday a vein or nerve in my neck started hurting, I think it's connected to the bump but can't tell for sure, I thought it was tonsillitis at first but there's only one lump (on the right side) and I have no other symptoms like fever, no headache, no blisters on the throat, but I do have lost my voice, not completely and I have a sore throat, it's worse in the morning but still. I'm consulting a doctor today too but wanted to see other options, thanks!
