It can take a few weeks to a month to feel better after the flu. To stop feeling so tired. Being sick can throw off your cycle, it's happened to me before. Hope you feel better soon.

WELL DRINK ALOT OF WATER AND THAT WILL GIVE YOU A LIL ENERGY. BUT MAYBE U NEED TO EAT SOUP THATS DRINKABLE SOMETIMES YOU MIGHT HAVE TO MAKE YOUR SELF KEEP YOUR FOOD DOWN BUT IF YOU KEEP THORWING IT UP YOUR BODY IS GOING TO FEEL WEAK SO JUS TRY TO DRINK ALOT OF WATER AND SOME TEA BUT MOST OF ALL YOU SHOULD TRY TO KEEP YOUR FOOD DOWN SO YOU CAN HAVE SOMETHING IN YOUR BODY BECAUSE U CANT BE SICK AND DONT EAT CUS THEN THAT WILL MAKE YOU EVEN MORE SICK HOPE YOU FEEL BETTER

I am just recovering aswell mine lasted almost 2 weeks you need to see the Doc I was prescribed Azithromycin and codiene cough meds ..both worked, although I am still not up to par I feel somewhat tired still.Ask the Doc about your cycle but it sounds like its possible with something so severe .
