Very Strange and Unpredictable Bowel Movements

Lately, I have fallen very ill. When I atke a **** it is a Brown, very very runny liquid, with some hard rocks in it. y Lower adominal area has also become bigger, and hurts all the time. All of this happened ovr night about a week ago, but today it has gotten worse. The pains have become similiar tobeing stabbed in this lower adominal area, and I am know generating terds that are the size of a pencil, but they are orange, made of muliple balls and fluffy, with streaks of blood on them. I am very concerned, and would like to know what it could be. I have not found any white moving things in my terd, not even white things to begin with, but the bowel movements smell different, much different and i pass gas every 10 minutes that smell much different from the usal Methane smell of flatulents.  I am very courious what this could be, and I do not which to see a doctor who will ram a telescope thing up my hole to look around. I have been taking an Antibiotic that is in a Red/Deep brown capsule that has a white powder inside. All I know is that the dose is 250MG and it is marked with some numbers on it. However, i have taken this same exact Antibiotic before with no complications. In totall, I have used this same antibiotic 6 times, and this is the first time anything has happened. Even when I stopped using the antibiotic 3 days ago, my symptoms only got worse, this drug was for an infection on my Toe. Can someone offer any help on what this could be?

Hi,
It could be antibiotic associated colitis.
Stool analysis and colonoscopy would  be helpful in diagnosing it.
Metronidazole and probiotics would relieve the symptoms.

Unfortunately, the only way to get an accurate diagnosis is through a colonoscopy (ramming a tube up you know where).

Thankfully, they can do this while you're fully anesthetized, so you won't feel or remember a thing.

The antibiotic may have been the triggering factor, however.  Antibiotics have a tendency to cause bowl irritation. Some of them do so through their own chemistry, but all of them kill bacteria pretty much indiscriminately, and this means beneficial ones toward digestion take a heavy hit too.

I'd still highly suggest a colonoscopy for those symptoms.  They indicate many things, and one of these possible conditions is cancer. It's a good idea to rule it out, and it will allow the doc to more accurately diagnose and treat your problem.
