What is wrong?

I have had bloody diarrhea, nausea, and abdominal pain. My GI doc says I have an unknown of colitis, it has been slowly getting worse, then he said I was lactose intolerant, and then he said I was gluten intolerant. So fair nothing has worked. I have had a colonoscopy, EGD, 2 CT's, a small bowel series, and sonograms done along with blood work and he still has found nothing. Can anyone tell me what is wrong with me. The ER doc said it might be endometriosis or my birth control pill that is causing it. If anyone is taking Ocella have you had this problem before? and what do I need to do?

Well. I was having these symptoms about three months ago, and colonoscopy was done about one month later when another episode began, the biopsies came out normal and of course last week I found out why. I went to my OBGYN and he did a laparoscopy and I found out that I have endometriosis and even though it was very mild, it had latched onto my colon, to boot I was also having a reaction to the new bc pill I had just started so I had colitis from the bc and then when i would have a cycle the bleeding would start all over. and no, i was not on antibiotics until after the first episode, then it got better as I was on the medication then after the medication stopped the symptoms would start all over again. So I found out my problem. THANK HEAVENS!
