The reason that your doctor has sent you to the cancer centre and they have taken blood tests is to check you out and find out whether you may have Hodgkin's Disease or Non Hodgkin's Lymphoma.
By doing a biopsy they will know which type, if any, you have and will be able to start the appropriate treatment once the results are known.
Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Hello there,
Just finished reading your comments. Some medications have a side effect
of vomiting. Is there any new medication that you've been taking ?
You said you've noticed that your lymph nodes have become inflamed.
Would these be the lymph nodes on your arms? Just wondering?
I hope you get some relief soon. I wish you well. Eve
P.S. Have you been bitten by any mosquitoes they can cause West Nile.
Or have you been bitten or stung by any marine animals?
Have you been seen by an Endocrinologist?
