cuts in my mouth

1) I had a large white circle on my inside of my mouth a inch from the opening. at one point it would pill away and would burn really bad when i used teeth whitening mouthwash. now it does burn but that area feels rough but it looks about normal now. What is it and is it gone?
2) I also found two small cuts in the back of mouth on my bottom gum. I have used mouthwash, saltwater, and even put salt on it for last few days.
I am worried i have some STD and want to know am i over reacting on these things?

Seeing an oral pathologist or oral medicine specialist is advised.

well the cuts healed up after two days of using warm salt water. the white shot is gone but it is a lighter call then the rest of my mouth. i just think it took a long time for that to heal
