Thanks a lot Bhupinder Kaur for replying. It helped me a lot to be little happy. The problem with me now is depression and anxiety from which I want to come. I'll be in touch with you if I need to know anything about my disease.
Hello,
I agree with your cardiologist that lifestyle and medicines are needed for moderate left ventricular diastolic dysfunction. It can also be termed as the early stage of diastolic dysfunction. No specific treatment is needed and lifestyle measures need to be incorporated. The diastolic dysfunction treatment is generally aimed at treating a cause like diabetes, high blood pressure, etc. that leads to a stiff ventricle
Calcium channel blocker drugs may be used to reduce the stiffness in ventricles.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

I believe occlusion and stenosis amount to coronary artery blockages, and I am also accepting the advice that nothing more will be needed "if I change my life style, reduce weight, quit smoking and take medicine properly." Do a web search for "plant-based coronary diet" and you will begin finding the things I began doing just three weeks ago and that are already making a tremendous difference for me.
