It is hard to answer this question without an understanding of the technique use to resection your underarm (axillary) breast tissue.  With a direct excision of tissue using an axillary incision, then the early result should look fairly dramatic, even with early swelling.  If liposuction alone was used, then it may be three of four more weeks before you can judge the results of surgery due to swelling).  It can be very difficult to significantly reduce axillary in some patients with liposuction used as the only technique.

I did not have any lipo. He just made an incision said he removed tissue and skin and that everything looked good. The only problem is it looks worse than when he started and now I have a scar under each arm.

It is fluid. I had it drained. I will probably need another surg. to remove skin that may still be present even after the swelling goes down. Thanks
