Clubbed Fingers

Hey, just wondering if you can help me with a question regarding clubbed fingers??? I was born with clubbed thumbs, and clubbed middle and ring fingers on both hands. I am very self conscious of this and was wondering if their is any procedure that can correct this? If so, what does it involve? what is the cost? and what is the downtime? I understand that exact details of any procedure including cost and downtime would require a consultation, but I just wanted an idea and estimate before I commit myself to a consultation.
