Facial fillers while on blood thinners

I would like to have the lines above and around my mouth filled.  I am on aspirin and Plavix, and cannot stop taking them because of heart stents.  What would my outcome be?  I'm certain that I would experience severe brusing, but is there anything else I should be concerned about? Also, what would be the best filler if I have wrinkles above my mouth, from always sleeping on one side, and lines and wrinkles that run from the sides of my mouth to my chin. I'm 53 years old.

While on aspirin and Plavix, you are almost guaranteed to experience significant bruising from any injection.  You could also develop a lump from a hematoma if a larger blood vessel is accidentally punctured.  I have had success with Restylane or Juvederm for lip lines, but many injectors have personal preferences about what is most successful in that area.
