GONE UNDER SURGERY

Dr Rosenberg,
I've undergone gynecomastia surgery by regular surgeon. I've got the breast tissues removed however I haven't
  seen those tissue. It was performed on 16 feb this year. still waiting for stiches to remove. Doctor please
   guide me whether it will go away forever now and won't come back.

In general, gynecomastia is treated with a combination of direct resection of the underlying abnormal breast tissue along with liposuction for additional contouring. If sufficient tissue was removed, then the results should be dramatic once swelling has resolved.  This tissue will not return unless you experience massive weight gain.
