Juvaderm question

Juvaderm question

Ever since having a septoplasty surgery a year ago I have noticed that I suddenly look older and my whole face looks slightly different to me.  The surgery was supposed to help me breath, but since having it my nose gets more stuffed up than ever, and when I'm feeling especially stuff I have very noticeable puffiness of the upper lid, from the eyebrow all the way to the crease, and under eye bags and puffiness (my eyes appear to be sagging, and especially on the left side it sometimes looks like I just got hit in the face or something.  Also since the surgery, I feel my nasolabial folds look much deeper.  I can't tell if it's from the under eye bags and everything sagging downward, because they also look much worse when my nose is particularly stuffed up.

I'm 35, and until this surgery I was always told I look extremely young.  I don't have a single wrinkle, not even crows feet, but the eye puffiness and "marionette lines" make me look half asleep and miserable all the time.

I have been looking into options like Juvaderm or Restylane, although I'm not sure it's in my budget right now.  Is one generally more costly than the other?

Also, if I were to have Juvaderm for my under eyes, and then continued to experience chronic stuffiness and sinus congestion, would that just negate the Juvaderm anyway?  In short, if my sinuses were chronically congested and and causing the appearance of under eye sagging, puffiness, etc, and I don't find an effective way to treat the sinus problems, would Juvaderm or Restylane even work, or would I eventually just go back to being puffy?

A septoplasty corrects internal breathing problems of the nose due to internal nasal obstruction (often from septal deviation).  A true septoplasty is purely an intranasal procedure that does not affect the external appearance of the nose and certainly not other areas of the face.  Soft tissue swelling from chronic or acute infections of the sinus cavities are treated with dealing with these infections by an ENT specialist or an allergist.

Juvaderm and Restylane are fillers (hyaluronic acids) that are used to correct depressions such as nasolabial fold lines, marionette lines and tear troughs.  You should be seen by a plastic surgeon or dermatologist to determine if these injectables will help you.
