Medicare and Breast Reduction

HI, i am 18 years old and i have had large breasts for several years now. I have had back pain, shoulder pain etc because of them however now they are a 12F. And i find myself having more problems. I am wondering if medicare covers breast reduction for these types of cases, where the large size of the breasts cause spinal, neck and shoulder pain.
