Need help with treatment for my scars

ever since i was a little kid, i use to get into alot of fights with my brother, he always use to scratch me on the face which consequently lead to my long term suffering of having to carry on my day to day life with these scars on my face.
I have quite alot of them since not only did my brother use to scratch, so did my cats who were very aggressive when they were kittens.

I was told the scars i have are called atrophic scars and look similar to wrinkles, some scars in my face are small and some are a few inches long.
I have decided to do something about my scars and have come across 3 options, i could treat them using plastic surgery, i can use fillers, or i could have a face peel.
I decided not to use plastic surgery as it was too drastic and expensive, so  now i have come across two options. but i am not sure which one will be more effective.

I was wondering if you can tell me which treatments would be most effective, if i decided to use fillers then i will need to treat every scar in my face which may cost quite alot of money, but if i decided to use face peel, i'm not sure if its going to be as effective as fillers

My advise would be to try fillers first.  There is little downside to the use of fillers and your results will be immediate.
