Nose Job in Minutes?

I just heard about a new way to fix your nose it is done in the office and takes like 15 minutes and last up to 1 or 2 years. I think they it is done by injecting something on the outside of the nose. My question is can this procedure be done if you would like a smaller nose or is this just for small imperfections?

Size reduction requires surgery.  Filling small defects with temporary fillers like collagen or hyaluronic acid (Restylane, Juvederm,etc.) or other fillers is a well know technique.
