Really would like smaller breasts...

I am a 45 yr. old woman who had a bilateral maxtopsy with implant replacement 3 yrs. ago.  I needed to replace 15 yr. old 195 CC and 175CC saline implants. I originally requested full B size cups but my surgeon recommended a larger breast to better suit my 36 inch back. I think I received 350 CC saline implants which increased my breast to full Cs.  I regret getting these C's. I would love to replace these implants to achieve the B size cups. Is this type of reduction possible? Would I need to get a maxtopsy again?

It does not necessarily follow that replacing your current implants with smaller implants will also require additional lifting.  One option would be to mererly replace your current implants with desired smaller implants.  If a lift then becomes important, this could be done through the same scars as the previous lift at a second stage.
