Scar on my Forehead

I met with an accident 3 years back, i had a scar on my forehead almost half my forehead, at that time doctor has done skin grafting i.e taken skin from my thigh and pasted it on my forehead, now again that doesnt get improved, so kindly suggest me what i need to apply so that it can get improved.

If the skin graft is unsightly, it may be worth considering complete excision of the graft and closure of the wound to eliminate it.  However I cannot realistically comment on your condition without seeing it.  If appropriate, excision of the graft may also require skin expansion prior to closure.  You need to see a plastic surgeon about your best options.
