Wife. Needs help

My wife is 39 she has had implants for six years. For over a month her left breast is swollen very hard and very painful,she also has lumps under her armpit that are very sore. She been to the hospital a bunch of times they said she had a infection in her breast they put her on. Cephalexin 500mg for three weeks she finished them 3 days ago and no change once so ever she is still in severe pain . She had a ultrasound it showed no infection. I am really worried and I am getting no answers at all please help thanks

Im not sure if anyone responded to your post, but it sounds to me like she may have capsular contracture. I would make an appointment with a plastic surgeon and have him look at it. Sometimes it can be impossible to see things on US with breast implants. They should do blood work, to include a CBC and chem panel. I wouldnt stop going in until you get some answers.
