air trapping after breast augmentation

I am 2 months post breast augmentation.  I was an A cup and went to a big cup 312 cc in my implants. Everything looks very very natural.  But i continue to experience a feeling of fullness, pinching, and sloshing, and squeeking  on the left breast only.   It also looks slightly fuller. These symptoms are very uncomfortable and are still there 2 months post op.    Approximately 2 weeks post op, I noticed signifcant pain in my left hand. I had previous Carpel Tunnel release  one year ago and everything was great until 2 weeks post breast augmentation when I experienced this persistent dull ache in my left hand.  Everything is on my left side only.

Can you please tell me if you have ever heard of these post operative symptoms and what can be done?
I have read some physician sites that acknowledge these" noises" but i have not read how long these symptoms last,
when I should be concerned, and what is done if the symptoms continue?

Trapped air in both the pocket where the implant is placed and within a saline implant usually disappears after several weeks, at most.  The exact nature of your present symptoms can only be properly assessed after an examination.  Your surgeon is in the best position to evaluate this.
