breast implant

My name is Rahat am from Pakistan. 2 years before i choose breast implant and after surgery till now my left breast is so hard and saggy and some time i feel great pain in it which is unbearable before 6 month's i went for medical checkup of my breast. doctor suggest me ultra sound but ultra sound reports was not clear so they suggest me mammography and the result  is my left breast implant is fold in 11'O clock shape and breast tissues are scared of left side so i want to know what else step i need to take and if  i want to remove my plants where does scar will place because my breast implant surgery scars are so visible it is in front of my breast which i really dislike and am 22 years am going to marry in coming year am so worried about my plants suggest me some thing good and i don't want to go for another breast implant surgery

The hardness and pain is due to capsule contracture.  his is a result of excessive scar tissue forming around the implant and squeezing it.  Removal of the scar tissue is possible with additional surgery and could achieve a softer, better looking breast, but it is possible for the scar tissue to re-occur.  Complete removal of the implants will also eliminate this problem.
