cosmetic surgery

I had foot surgery done 3/2007 on my right foot i wanted my second toe shortendend and i had a small corn removed,the corn was removed but the toe is still the same length,4/2007 i had my left foot done second toe shortended and a small corn on it as well as a corn on the baby toe of the left foot.now it's over a year and my left foot still swollen i can't bend my second toe and the baby toe is turned outward so it makes it very uncomfortable to wear any type of shoe my foot itches,i have pains in my foot that sometime shoot up to my knee,and since the surgery it hurts to stand up to long and my back be killing me i feel like an old lady.what can be done about this.
