lumps after Lipodissolve

It's been 7 weeks since I had lipodissolve.  I still have bruising and slight sensitivity on the skin when I brush my hand against the areas treated.  Also, more importantly, I have little lumps that are a little painful when felt that are in the areas treated.  Is this rigtht?  Could it be that my doctor was not as well trained as he should be?  Why the lumps after this long?  I am a blonde and I know my skin is fair, but 7 weeks is a long time.  What do you think??

I called and spoke to the doctor.  He assured me the lumps would go away over time.  He said everyone is different.  He also told me that the next treatment he is going to use a smaller needle.  I'm a bit apprehesive about going back.  I have seen some slight improvement in the areas treated and I would like to see what happens after the next two.  I still have bruises, pain and the lumps are a bit smaller.  I just don't know why it's taking so long to heal.  I think the bruises should have healed by now. It's been a week since my posting and the bruises are still not gone but the lumps are a little smaller.

I had the treatment about 7 weeks ago as well.  I have the exact same symptoms but the lumps remain very large and sore to the touch.  I am extremely nervous that these lumps may not "dissolve" as they are supposed to...
Have you noticed any changes since you posted your question?
I am going back for a check-up and to ask what I can do about the problem.
I do not think I will continue with the shots even though I have already paid for them.

I had a few lumps when I had my first treatment.. They will disappear, Mine went away 6 weeks after my frist treatment.  they ask you to massage the area and drink 64 oz. of water a day to flush out the fat. But let me tell you. My treatments are almost over and I have not seen the results that they promised. Im going to the Cosmetique in Dallas. TX.

I do not perform lipodissolve because the result of the procedure are not predictable, the solutions used for injection are off-label and not FDA approved, and finally liposuction, which I perform almost daily is safe, effective and very predictable.  You will need to check with your treating physician about the problems you are currently experiencing.
