nose reconstruction....pls help!!!

hello sir....i am a 19 yr boy....my problem is that my nose has a hump in between and is too much flattened from front and sides....moreover the size of my face is too small than the normal face..because of this my nose looks too bigger than my face and i feel awkward to talk yo anyone..& i have too much inferiorority complex....is rhinoplasty a better option for me...pls guide me..regards..bye
