rectus muscle tissue

My sutures were found deep in the rectus muscle tissue..is that different than most?The surgeoun that removed them said this is not how he would do it..Does that mean that my muscle was touched in both procedures?I am just trying to figure out if perhaps the first surgery was done wrong,and that is why I had so much trouble.I do know it is much worse now.Thanks again,Neicy42

I do not believe that the description of the location of the fascial sutures is abnormal or indicative of anything amiss in your first procedure.
