too hard

Way back in 1979 I had my breast done, right from day 1 they have always been so hard. The doctor who originally did them 'cracked' them , were his words, one hand on top of the breast and one on the bottom and he squeezed.  When he did that they were soft and natural feeling, that was so short lived! What can I do myself to make them soft and feel normal, right now they are like to balls in a soft sock. Is there anything I can take or do???
I hope you find time to answer this for me, even when someone gives me a hug, I know they can feel the hardness.

Your condition is a result of capsule contracture of the scar tissue surrounding the implants.  Assuming that your original implant were gel implants, it is highly likely that they have ruptured, but are confined within the encapsulated implant pocket.  Your surgeon performed a closed capsulotomy when he squeezed the breast tissue.  This temporarily tore the scar tissue capsule resulting in a softer breast, but rehealing of the area produced the recurrent tight breast.  The scar tissue and old implants need to be removed and replaced with new implants in a re-created breast pocket.  This will likely result in better shaped and softer breasts.  See a local plastic surgeon to discuss this.
