tummy tuck and getting pregnant

I had a abdominal plastic surgery about 7 years ago
to remove A LOT of fat that was hanging after i lost most of the weight i had put on while i was pregnant (about 50 pounds)
I had the big one done.. cut from side to side and they remake the belly button after..
my question is can i get pregnant without complication after this kind of surgery?
I ask the question because i would like to have another baby and i am worried about the belly button ... and the scars from the cut...
do most women after have to get ceserian?

There is absolutely no risk in getting pregnant after having a tummy tuck and this should not prevent you from having a vaginal delivery.  However, if your abdominal wall was flattened as part of the abdominoplasty procedure (by sutures placed in the rectus fascia - the tendinous layer over the rectus muscles), then expect to loose that flatness.  The pregnancy will re-stretch the previously tightened fascia and you will reacquire the lower abdominal fullness.  The old scars will not be affected.
