Well, to be perfectly blunt, if, in fact, you now weigh 15 pounds more than you did pre-op, you have clearly gained weight! It is not the result of your surgery which removes tissue. While exercise is great, particularly cardio exercise, diet is equally if not more important. Do an honest diet diary and check your caloric intake.
wow. it has to be something with your diet. i had a tt and i lost over 8 in. in the first 3 months. i gained a lot of weight after but my hips stayed the same. go to a nutritionist is all i can say.
I eat 5 small meals through out the day. I go to PS on the 27th we will see what he says. In the meantime a diet journal will be started, and a nutrionist will be contacted.....
