I'm a 45 years old woman, people say i look pretty young for my age, however my neck show signs of a 80 years old woman, at least that's how i see it.  i need to find a good plastic surgeon in my area that can evaluate my situation and give me the best procedure to go base on his findings.  Thanks for your help.

I would recommend consulting several plastic surgeons in your area to find the one with whom you are most comfortable.  Be sure they are certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.  An excellent resource is your family physician.
