Need advice regarding HFM / goldenhar syndrom

Hi, i am 21 years old / male and think i have Hemi Facial Microsomia. The
right portion of my face is asymmetrical to the left, the criteria of the abnormalities are:

- Cheek bone smaller than the other
- Ear significantly disproportionate in size and less defined
- Jaw slightly higher / wider / shorter
- Less sub-q buccal fat

In addition my hair line seems un-even on the right upper-side of my head, which i presume is due to lack of skeletal tissue on my upper-right brow. My feet / hands are small and bone tends to have shaped un-evenly all over. I realise these aren't part of HFM criteria but i thought it might help diagnosis.

MY PLAN OF ATTACK:
- GET BONE GRAFTS FOR CHEEKS FROM RIBS (MAKE SYMMETRICAL & LARGER (SUNKEN FACE))
- HAVE RIGHT SIDE OF JAW RESHAPED AND GET GRAFT TO LENGTHEN IF NECESSARY
- GRAFT VERY SMALL AMOUNT OF BONE TO MAKE BROWS EQUIVALENT
- FAT INJECTIONS ON RIGHT SIDE
- RESHAPE EAR USING CARTELIDGE FROM RIBS

I can provide photo's and would like a link to studies about nerve rejuvenation (i realise this isn't cosmetic..) and the relation to fat accumulation.

I expect you will want to advise me to see a doctor and i know i should but i wanted some advise first... i won't sue or do anything stupid so please don't hesitate.

THANKYOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR REPLIES...

The best option for you is to have your face analyzed by a craniofacial surgeon.  In addition to an physical examination you may require other studies like cephalometrics and possible CT scanning as well as X-ray evluation of your dental bite via a panorex study.  Only then can a course of action be developed that should be presented to you for evaluation and concurrence.

You plan sounds reasonable and appropriate but actually implementing any procedure would require your selected surgeon to be comfortable with the plan. There is no way my viewing your photos will provide you with the best information about how to proceed.
