are these complications normal?

Being that it is the weekend, and 9pm at that I dont want to bug my doctor with questions if someone here has either experienced it or has heard of it.

my first problem started yesterday when we got in the car, I was reaching for the door handle to close the door and I felt a very sharp pain in my right side.  Are these kind of "reaching" pains normal?  i am now getting a pain in my left side, but this feels familiar to a pain I had when I had gastric bypass which they said was normal.

Now to the 2 things I am most concerned about.  I sneezed twice a little while ago and thought I felt like I was going to pass out with the pain.  Now I am starting to feel kind of nauseaus and I am scared to death about what kind of pain that might be if I actually get sick.

Any answers?  Even if you dont have an answer per se, should I wait till morning to call the dr?

Thanks,
Ronda

Although I doubt that anything serious is happening, your surgeon clearly need to evaluate your condition.  Stretching of the scar tissue that has developed as a resulting of healing from your procedures is the likely cause.

I'mm sorry I forgot to mention the actual surgery, these side pains are really worrying me,

A week ago today I had a tummy tuck and a breast lift with augmentation.

I would still like to know if I should call the Dr. today I guess what worries me the most is that these sharp pains just started yesterday, and happens mostly if I reach either left or right.  The scarriest part is the new pain that has started just above my belly button after sneezing twice last night

You did not specify the procedure that you had or how long after the procedure it has been.
