Bariatric Reconstructive Surgery

I live in California near San Francisco, I had lap band surgery may 2008, I have lost 130 pounds, I desperatley need reconstructive abdominoplasty, brachioplasty, and possible breast augmentation,  I have a tremendous amount of back pain, lower back and in between shoulders and neck due to the excess skin hanging in those areas. My insurance wont even give me authorization to see a plastic surgeon, do you know of any good surgeons who do reconstructive surgeries of this time as a pro bono?
