Bleperoplasty operation now lower eyelid droops

Bleperoplasty operation now lower eyelid droops

I'm 51 years old, I had a blethraplasty operation, lower eyelid only, (for the second time) and now my eyelid is pulled a way from the eyeball a bit on both eyes. It is now 6 weeks after the operation. This is scaring me. First time I did this operation a few years ago there was no such problem at all. I read here and there on the net that this can be corrected by surgery if needed, but is there a still good chance it will still go away on it's own? When? It's not very pronounced, but certainly noticeable, and bothers me very much. Help, please.

Wait another couple weeks and if there is still a problem, talk to your surgeon about what can be done about it. Your body may just be reacting slowly to what happened and need more time to heal. Usually wait a minimum of 3 months before thinking about doing anything else.
