Getting Pregnant after a Tummy Tuck

I want to know if it is safe to get pregnant after a tummy tuck operation? Like a year later or so. Also i have heard that the stomach gets deshaped when you get pregnant after a tummy tuck. I dont understand what does deshaped mean here? The stomach looks worse than it was before the tummy tuck?? or does it simply mean that you will loose skin again? i mean its not like its going to be fat from one side n falt from the other?? Please do let me know as i am considering a tt as i lost almost 100 pounds and i have horrible skin hanging and ugly stretch marks. Plus im only 23 yrs old as yet..is it possible to just get the skin removed without getting the muscles stitched so tight?
