Lump remove above right eye brow

Yesterday I had a lipoma remove from my right eye brow.
The Doctor thought when he went in that it would be a easy surgury. Right..
It took him over 20 minutes to cut into this fatty deposited.It was a size of a small grape.
The look in his eyes told me and his stupid *** istant that they could not easily remove the lump.
My thoughts were I was scared to death that this so call Doctor was going to cut a nerve in my forehead.
He closed up stating  he got most of it,walk out of the room and left the NOT so friendly *** itant to close my head.
2 stitches and I got up and walk out.Today half my face is black and blue and I swear that fatty lump is still in my forehead.I will not go back to DR.OSMOND in woodland hills ca. I feel like I was not taken care of professional
for the doctor could not remove the all the lipoma.Its going to grow back RIGHT?

Surgery is never easy and there are always possible complications. Surgeons in general tend to not have good bedside manner. Was this surgeon board certified? If it all wasn't taken out, then yes, there is a possibility of it growing back.
