Lumps in the breast

Hello Doctor,

June of 08 I had a recent breast reduction surgery. My left breast was overstretched and the tissue completely droped to the point my breast hung like wet towels on a rack. I had the surgery and the doctor had to reconstruct my left breast since it was so badly damaged. I am still in the healing process but In my left breast is hardend and there are two lumps like rocks in my breast I can even grip them. The most irratating thing is the pain from it. I feel as if I am being cut from the inside and burning. I read your overview on tissue scaring could this be an example of it ? would I need to have another surgery ? Would I have to worry about the lumps pertaining to cancer or keloids ?
