aftrer a breast lift and a revision surgery can i have anew surgury to achieve a good result?

i had abreast lift after 2 bearths that i had and extented braestfeading at my 2 kids.tha result whas not so satisfading.the scars where big n the areola with the niples where a bit higher from the normal analogies.a second doctor made terrible mistakes.he made bigger skars,and the worst thing is that he cutted the areola so badly that now they seem presed whit no projection, as you see it from profile, at all.
