lips and chin.

For the longest time, I've never been able to naturally close my lips together. I can if I'm conscious of it and physically try to close my mouth. But when I physically close my lips, my chin looks weird, feels uncomfortable, and it is noticeable. It's very hard to explain. I don't know what to do since nobody else I know seems to have this problem. If this isn't the right area to ask this question...can anyone tell me who to consult with my problem.
