tattoo removal scarring

I had tattoo removal where my arm was lasered and the ink was basically picked out. This has left me with no pigment in the scar. I am olive skin tone. Will fraxel or vbeam bring back my pigment back in my scars?

No, nothing will bring back the pigment, time may help, but you'll probably always have a lighter area where the tattoo once was.

My only suggestion (and this may seem strange) is to actually have the area tattooed again with an ink the same tone as your skin, basically colour the skin back in (I've seen the results of this and it looks very natural when done professionally).
