Is it IBS or Crohn's Disease?

Hi, I'm a 23 year old female currently experiencing chronic constipation (even when I feel the urge to "go", nothing happens), excessive gas (especially in the evenings), mucus in stool, bloating, heartburn, and I also never seem to have complete bowel movements. I went on probiotics thinking it was IBS but that just exacerbated the constipation. Please help?!

You could try taking metamucil and stool softeners and see how well that works for you. Good luck!

This does not seem like crohn's, have you tried stool softeners and laxatives?
