Pain relief options

I was diagnosed with chronic Ulcerative Colitis when I was 25, In 2001 I had my entire large bowel removed, had a temporary illiostomy bag and then the reversal so now I have a Jpouch.
I seem to relapse with pouchitis quite often and the pain I experience is very painful on the right side of my tummy.
Currently I am taking oxynorm, Targin, tramadol to assist with my pain. What I am wanting to know is there anything else that can be taken to help so I can terminate the use of the medication that I am currently on?
What also needs to be taken into account is that the dosages I am on are very high so I do need something to do the job for 3 things and strong.
Is there anything that you might be able to recommend or suggest as I am very desperate!!
