CJ-Thank you! That is what I have been told by all that have had one done--The prep is the worst part :( I start 'prepping' one week from today...Oh, well. It will be done and over before I know it...Thank you! I hope you are able to find out soon. Best wishes,
Bops
You should not have any problems with the colonoscopy. It's a breeze. The worse part is the prep. They have already ruled out Crohns Disease for me.
My test was done at the Atlanta VA. They would not commit on the findings until the results of the biopsy come back. I just wondered what all the terms they used on my paper work ment.
Thanks, CJ
Did you speak with your Dr. or the Dr. that preformed this procedure about what these results mean? I think they would better be able to explain these results then any of us, since we (as far as I know!:) Are not colo-rectal specialists. I would call and ask what it all means. I don't understand why no one explained anything to you afterward.
May I ask how you are feeling? I am having my first colonoscopy next week, and I am wondering how I will feel after. After I have the procedure, if they find anything, I will definitely ask about what they find. (They are using this to find out if I have Crohns Disease). I would suggest that you get into contact with the Dr., right away and have him/her explain the results to you. Best of luck.
