perforated bowel recovery

I had a perforated bowel starting 2 weeks ago (went into the er at 4am on January 23rd)  i was in the hospital until wednesday 28th until 11am. It is now Thursday Feburary 5th. My question is I  still have pain in my left hand side sometimes. The pain is at the same level as my belly button but on my side. Is this normal? Im still on two meds Flagyl and Cipro.

Watch for any other symptoms like diarrhea, blood in stool, unable to pass anything, more pain in your abdomen as well as a pain in your shoulder/collar bone area. This is usually an indicator of air in the body that is not supposed to be there.

that is how the pain in my abdomen started. i went on cipro. which gave me cdiff... if you start to have diahrea, go to emergency room immediately.
