Crohns is no crown

I want to know just how it's found? I just completed a CT Scan with Barium and Dye Contrast...and was sick as a dog for 6 days. Now, I'm just severely fatugued and have a list of symptoms:
Diarrhea/Constipation
Incontenence
Headaches
Backache
Eye problems
Arthritis issues
Itching/rash/bumps
Sensitivity to Sun/Light
Neuro problems
Sleeping problems
Sweats
Bad Gas (horrid smell)
Bloated
Abdominal pain
Chest pains/palpitations/shortness of breathe
I know thats a long list but I am suffering bad. I have had IBS for more than 20 years and because of having 4 surgeries in less than 2 yrs, it had been put on hold....in the last two years and developed into what I am experiencing now.
Now I have 3 appts next week. one with PCP, Gastro, and another unrelated. My question is am I on the right track to getting help??

Yes, they thought my granddaughter had that too, she was tested. She's on PROBIOTIC now and its helps tremendously.
I am changing alot of old habits. Thnkx for the heads up! Peace & Blessings

Be sure you get tested for Celiac disease.  All of those symptoms could be explained by Celiac disease, so that's one possibility.  The only treatment is changing the diet, but the diet is healthy for anybody anyway.
