Can't take deep breath, tight upper stomach, sickness

I am a 43 year old women 5' 6" 120 lbs. I have been dealing with a shortness of breath and what I call "sick spells" for the last 6 years. I have seen more Dr's than I can count, they ran a ton of tests to come up with nothing. The sick spells come and go throughout the day. When a sick spell hits I get a hot flash, tingly and want to throw up or have a bowl movement. This happens around 5 times a day. I also have a hard time getting a full breath. When I lay down I do not have this issue. My upper stomach area feels right. I get a feeling like I am hungry, but it is false hunger pains. Looking to see if anyone has delt with this.
