Sudden urges
For many years now I have been having bowel movements several times a day. Most all of the time they are very loose, sometimes very painful and even blood when I clean off. Urgency is a symptom of IBS, however blood is not!! You need to go to a gastroenterologist to get a diagnosis, blood in the stool can be many things, some very severe. I don't think you should wait any longer if this has been going on for years, the sooner you receive treatment the better your chances are.
Ur symptoms looks like Irritable bowel syndrome. U have to consult a gastroenterologist.
U may have to do a colonoscopy to find out exactly if its ulcerative colitis causing this or any other coindition.
