Ricky very happy for you!
My Son treated me to Panama City for the weekend and I think it was a record low that week end but I really enjoyed tt,I got realeased to drive yesterday. I just have tp try to avoid heavy traffic. He forgot about my mortorcycle endorcement and I wasn't saying anythng. I beleive by next summer I'll be ready for a cross country Road Trip.
Ricky, are you in Florida, now?
I just saw this thread... I'm in Florida and was to the side of the storm. Had things gone the way they predicted, I might not be posting here tonight.
Fortunately, by the time the storm got even with my area, it "wobbled" a bit further off shore and the winds weren't as strong as they had been... that meant that I, a bit inland, didn't get the impact (50-80 mph winds) they predicted, either...
I'm very happy to report that all is well and we have no damage... Today was a bright sunshiny day and had I not lived through the days of preparation and yesterday, with the storm passing by, I'd never have believed there was anything amiss.
Thank you for posting, Ricky, I appreciate the concern.
This storm is crazy. It seems to be lasting longer than any storm I can remember. I hope it goes out to sea soon.
Hi Ricky, nice of you to ask. Barb was here earlier but I hear over 825K people don't have electricity. I hope you are doing well.
