if baby has just been given a bottle of breast milk, does it affect the results of a DNA swab test?

Hi!

Well yes, since milk can cause contamination of the buccal specimen taken, it can affect the results. I thin its best to avoid this test and give a fresh sample. Inform the lab immediately about this. Take care!
