So I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend on the 17 of December 2015 and the next day I had my period. we broke and had sex with someone else a week after. Can my boyfriend be the father? My due date is September 23,2016

Yes it was the other guy not my boyfriend.

Yes. I had sec with someone between those dates.

And did you have sex with anyone as late as January 1 - 10?  Or was the last time December 24?

I had an ultrasound yesterday they told me that I have two due dates. And that it can be born between those dates which are sept 23, 2016 and Oct 3, 2016

If December 17 was the very last time you had sex with your boyfriend, he is unlikely to be the father.  Conception calculator says you conceived around January 1.  Sperm can't live from December 17 to January 1.  On the other hand, it's not all that likely to live from December 24 to January 1, either.  How did you get your due date?  Did you have an ultrasound, or did someone just count on a calendar or little cardboard wheel and give you the date?
