OK, well; given that it was in your tenth week, the ultrasound is not going to be useful enough given the tightness of the time frame between the 12th and the 19th to pinpoint the likeliest father. If it had been a really early ultrasound, like your sixth week, the suggested conception date would be on or very close to the 17th. (This would have suggested guy 1, though not by a tremendously convincing margin given that you had sex only two days after that with guy 2.)
But unfortunately, a tenth-week ultrasound has a margin for error (when being used to date a pregnancy) of several days either direction. So it is not possible to split the difference between January 12 and January 19 with that ultrasound because both dates are within the margin for error. In fact, with such a short time between events, sperm from the first guy could have been alive in your reproductive tract when you had sex with the second guy.
The only (not too terrifically) useful thing you can do at this point short of a prenatal DNA test would be to watch and see if your due date changes based on subsequent measurements of the baby. It really won't be a guarantee, but if your due date stays at October 10 from the first ultrasound to the last, it suggests the baby is not growing faster or slower than average, and that (sort of) suggests the first ultrasound's conception date is reliable. Lack of change of the due date, though, is not strong enough evidence to be able to guarantee anything.
If you decide to do a prenatal DNA test for paternity, the only two labs women have spoken highly of on this site (and believe me, they have written in angrily about being ripped off by others) are Ravgen and the DDC. I only recommend doing a prenatal test if you absolutely need to know now and if you have the money (it can cost up to a couple of thousand dollars, and women usually opt to save that money for the baby). A DNA test after the baby is born would be about a tenth of the cost. If you go that latter route and if you need it for child support, be sure to go to a lab certified by the courts for determining paternity.
Very sorry there is no way to know more specifically at this point.
I was about 10 weeks pregnant when I found out I was due on October 10th
I get that you are 19 weeks and that you made your ex stop because having sex without a condom didn't feel right. What I am asking is how early in the pregnancy you got the due date. Estimated due dates based on ultrasounds are only reliable for dating a pregnancy if the ultrasound was early in the pregnancy. When did you get that ultrasound, the one that said your due date is October 10?
I had sex with my boyfriend January 1-12 had sex with my ex January 19 but he was wearing a condom took it off but I made him stop because I did not feel right so he never actually finished. I got my due date by an ultrasound so today would mark my baby being 19 weeks old.
When did you have sex with your boyfriend in January? (Besides the weekend of New Year's Eve, which, presumably, was in late December.) When you with your ex, was there any time near then that you had had sex with your boyfriend?
Also, how did you get your due date of October 10? Especially, how early in the pregnancy was it given to you? By what method, was it from an ultrasound or just counting on a calendar or little wheel?
