Help please!!!

Well I had sex Feb 3rd with guy A. And sex with guy B on Feb 11th and 14th. Found out I was pregnant on the 18th of Feb and went to the dr March 3rd.
When I went to the dr they couldn't see hardly anything and thought it was a unfertilized egg and the dr was gonna give me a pill to abort it cause she didn't see a heartbeat or fetal pole but it showed I was pregnant even though my hcg levels were really low.
Then I came back March 26th and they saw I was i fact pregnant around at 7 weeks.

So if it was guy A would I have been further along?? Plus the baby looks more like guy B than guy A

I was 8 weeks 1 day and I had a faint positive at home test On Feb 18th so I went to the dr March 3rd and so they did a ultrasound to see how far along I was and they couldn't see much so then they did blood work and the dr said I was probably around 5 weeks then that's when she told me to come back March 26th

Where you say you were ' 8 weeks not 7', do you mean 8 weeks 0 days?  Part of your story that is difficult to understand is whether the short gap of time between sex with the second guy and learning you were pregnant rules him out or if other evidence suggests him.  If the number of weeks pregnant the doctor said you were on March 26 was 8w0d vs. 8w 6d, it makes a big diffference.  How did you find out you were pregnant on February 18, was it a blood test at the doctor's, a home test, or did your period just  not come?

I'm just confused cause if it was guy A would I have been further along or atleast have seen or heard a heart beat? Plus I heard the boy chromosome/sperm is faster but dies quicker. And on March 3rd they did blood tests and saw that my hcg levels were low

Just re read that you found out your pregnant on Feb 18th. Something with your dates arent adding up but you cant have sex on the 14th and find out your pregnant on 18th and you most likely couldn't find out for sex on the 18th either.

If the child is born why speculate? Do a DNA.

On  the otherhand conception seems to be around 18th  sperm from feb 3rd wouldnt still be around but sperm from feb 14th might.

You learned you were pregnant on February 18?  And then were told by a doctor that you were 7 weeks pregnant, on March 26?  This doesn't add up.  You would have barely conceived on February 18 if a doctor was saying you are at 7 weeks on March 26.
